Hi Joe,

Thanks for the question. Sites submitted for inclusion in SEO Market Place are checked out by us before we accept them. And there is really no reason for this to happen.

However, on any occasion a site removes your link before the agreement expires and without your request we will work with your to place that link on another site of same rank or higher for the term remaining.

Any site that does remove a link before the agreed time and without the request of the link purchaser is removed from the market place and all sites from that owner is banned from our program.

*Link Buyer must NOT use any form of redirect. If this is detected that purchaser is barred from participating in the SEO Futures Program.

Sound like an excellent project here but my question is how can we be assured the links remain live on the site. What's to stop the site owner from removing the links once payment is made?

Gino,

Will this hurt me for future opportunities or with other advertisers?

There will be many times that sites owners do not feel a connection would be in the best interest of their site and will turn them down. This is all a part of doing business and operating your site in a professional manner. It will not hurt you in any way to turn down offers. Quite the opposite it can help you in the future if you are only accepting advertisers that match your content.

I submitted my site and already had an offer to make a connection but I wasn't happy about the type of site that was wanting the link so I turned it down. Will this hurt me for future opportunities or with other advertisers?
